Associate Entertainment ProducerAbout the Role The Associate Entertainment Producer reports to the Manager Brand Programming for Revel Atlantic City and is responsible for the oversight and facilitation of all ongoing programs and events; including entertainment, special events and brand programming.
What's Expected- Create and sustain strong operating procedures for entertainment programming with focus on brand messaging; including: Full scope understanding of live theatrical event production Manage expenses and schedules to keep projects on time, track and budget Support the sourcing, casting and booking of creative talent and development of external vendor partnerships Ensure event and program production needs are in compliance with Revel's needs, policies and procedures
Facilitate operating partnerships and brand programming; including: Providing consistent and smooth communication between partners and Revel Fulfilling all facets of production; including scheduling, resource coordination and routine production tasks Working with operating partners to ensure successful event production and programming Monitoring performances always looking to maximize productivity, minimize costs and improve production values
Differentiate Revel's approach to partner/tenants relations; including: Implementing the latest and most relevant trends, cultural influences and technologies Ensuring entertainment programming and events match Revel's brand standards to create seamless experience for guests Staying savvy about the desires of niche lifestyle segments including; techies, foodies, gamers, etc. Evaluating and reporting on program status to ensure effectiveness and efficiency

What's Expected What's Required-
3 +years experience planning/producing live theatrical entertainment, parties, activities, immersive experiences and playful events Background deeply immersed into world of night / day life, music, art, fashion, food, technology and like lifestyles as well as into clubs, concerts, restaurants, festivals, etc. Thrives on being -in the know' and knows how to get the good -gets' Strong negotiation skills An acute passion for details, sharp sense of fun mixed with a dose of wit and humor Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, interactive and communication skills Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening Ability to complete casino registration with the New Jersey Casino Control Commission or New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, as applicable, and abide by the requirements imposed by New Jersey Casino Control Act and regulations.
