The Media Network of Central Ohio, in Newark, Ohio, is seeking a person capable of producing fresh, exciting layouts for its daily newspapers while editing copy to high standards. Our Newark-based copy desk handles layout and editing duties for five daily newspapers. A full-time, temporary position is available. MNCO consists of 10 Gannett Co. newspapers with robust Web sites ( network) reporting breaking news day and night. The successful applicant should be a college journalism graduate with newspaper experience who is proficient in QuarkXPress.
