Captivate Developer
Established consulting company specializing in providing training to the banking and financial services industry has an immediate opening for a Captivate Developer in our Fort Washington, PA office.
We are seeking a full-time employee for our Creative Development Team. This person will be a part of a collaborative team that is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of our web-based and ILT courses; and will develop learning objects in accord with instructional design practices that incorporate a variety of instructional technology components. Ideal candidate will have experience with Captivate, Adobe eLearning, digital media, instructional design methodologies, and design issues.
Reporting to the manager of Creative Development, this person will work with the content development team in the assembly and instructional design side of content development.
Job Qualifications
A Bachelors Degree is required.
1-3 years experience working in online course design and development required.
Strong working knowledge of Captivate is required.
Working knowledge and understanding of instructional design particularly in eLearning environment is required.
Working knowledge of Adobe eLearning, learning management systems, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus.
