- Be an expert on the women's, lifestyle, and pop culture entertainment space - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and be successful in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Generate and Create original and unique show concepts for the Network - Cultivate and maintain relationships with the selling community - Identify producer candidates for project assignments and new development - Take new project pitches, assess and communicate the ideas internally and make recommendations for action. - Work both alone and with production partners to develop material into viable entertainment vehicles - Be the liaison between internal departments, to communicate and coordinate information flow for all applicable projects - Oversee the pre-production, production and post-production process on all applicable pilots, presentations, and specials - Work with Talent & Casting to identify casting opportunities and new talent - Keep track of incoming creative material
