Director, Talent Development
Acts as internal manager and contact for all network talent. All lines of business feeds talent requests through Director, Talent Development. Collaborates with Press/Marketing/On-Air/Consumer Products/Digital etc. to create all marketing and press strategies for talent. Works with groomers (and suggests groomers to production when necessary) on talent's style, wardrobe, hair, etc. Liaise with press on talent relations. Supervises all activities for Adult Swim Talent including booking requests, talent relations, etc. Partners with PR to manage Talent on all photo shoots, promo shoots and appearances. Works closely with PR to manage marketing images, talent schedules, talent reps, ws where talent is at all times. Insures understanding of Adult Swim standards of conduct. Monitors electronic activity by talent. Acts as single point of contact to agents for Adult Swim Talent. Develops and maintains relationships with Adult Swim and their representation. Implements talent strategies and long term plans for Adult Swim Talent to support network's business goals. Partners with Marketing/Sales on all 3rd party negotiations to ensure Adult Swim shows are a part of all outside sponsorship deals and ensures sponsors are not going directly to talent outside of character. Partners with Business Affairs and Legal on all talent deals for pilots and series (test options, series deals, outs, credits, exceptions, issues, approvals).
