The Editor will be responsible for setting the site's tone and direction. S/he will be responsible for generating several stories a day, as well as editing the entire site's content as well as managing a team of videographers and vloggers.
An average week on the job will include writing between 2-3 pieces a day for the site, editing 5-6 other pieces turned in by freelancers, assigning pieces, overseeing the video elements of the site and overall site management.
The ideal applicant should be a well-connected NY editor who is tapped into the worlds of entertainment, style, travel and music.
