    We are seeking a

    Video Producer & Production Artist

    who is responsible for producing, recording, editing, and delivering high quality multimedia communications material to effectively represent our products and services.

    The candidate will also assist in final layout, proofing, and pre-flighting files for a range of products, publications, packaging and collateral.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Support script writing; produce, direct, videotape, and edit video productions into effective and quality multimedia communication on materials that communicate key messaging such as product demonstrations, workshop videos, marketing/sales clips, customer testimonials and training videos.

    • Coordinate production elements including scene progression, action sequences, dialogue, narration, lighting, music, releases and settings.

    • Collaborate with company groups to understand their video, motion graphic and animation goals.

    • Prepare audio and visual files for distribution via multiple collaboration channels.

    • Provide presentation services such as production of audio and visual assets including incorporation in presentation documents and file distribution across groups.

    • Process images and graphics for production.

    What you'll bring with you:

    • A. or B.S in Communications, Broadcast Journalism and/or Filmmaking; high school diploma or equivalent required.

    • 3+ years of audio/video production experience &

      1+ year related experience in design production or graphic design.

    • Solid experience of producing video, editing, encoding and digitizing process.

    • Proficiently operate professional-level audiovisual equipment, specifically Black Magic Cinema Cameras, Mac & PC operating systems.

    • Solid experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro production software.

    • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Acrobat highly desirable

    • Experience with livestreaming and webinar productions. Experience helping to manage and coordinate projects, supporting audio and video conferences over Webex, GoToMeeting, Adobe Connect, Skype, Google Hangout or similar technology.

    • Experience in interviewing skills, storytelling ability, and visual creativity.

    • Experience as voice over talent preferred.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills & strong creative skills.

    • Ability to excel in a rapidly changing environment and ease with evolving video and communications technology.

    • Ability to sit or move about and stand for up to 10 hours.

    • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

    • Ability to work a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends.

    • Ability to travel approximately 6 trips (20 travel days) per year.

      • Approximately 10% of working time.
