Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager will oversee his/her own projects while also managing at least one other ScrumMaster.
Project managers run scrum and release planning meetings, proactively identify issues with hitting sprint commitments early enough to make a difference, work closely with team members to eliminate (and identify) blockers, help resolve conflicts, help track product backlogs, assist with QA, follow up and prioritize bugs with QA engineers, set up meetings/demos, write training documentation, conduct training sessions, and alert management and team members to risks.
Project managers should understand the project requirements as well as any member of the team and work across the organization to execute the project.
Candidates should be able to lead and motivate team members, fostering collaboration and creativity.
At least 5 years project management experience working on Web products; at least 2 years working as a ScrumMaster in an Agile environment
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Scrum and other Agile methodologies and software engineering practices, as well as traditional waterfall approaches.
Managing Projects involving web site launches, content management systems, data warehousing, systems integration, or other large technology implementations.
