Talent Coordinator
-Determine cast breakdown for various productions. -Schedule recording sessions in consideration of production schedule and deadlines as well as the availability of the talent, studio and director. -Coordinate out-of-state phone patches. -Compose memos with recording session details for all pertinent show personnel and staff members. -Attend and facilitate all aspects of recording sessions for all series. Be sure that these sessions are covered by a team member if you are not able to attend because of a conflict. -Oversee the prompt arrival of all parties involved in the recording. -Distribute scripts to all necessary people. -Execute all talent contracts and related paperwork (i.e. Day Player Agreement, I-9, W-4, Corporate riders, SAG Daily Time Report etc.) -Take care of voice director's needs. -Compile all voice references for talent. -Liaison between recording studio and producers of respective shows. -Research and recommend talent for assigned TVA projects. -Cultivate and maintain relationships with talent agents and managers, producers, directors, associate producers, story editors, script supervisors and recording studio personnel. -Track talent credits through production process, recording, cutting and replacing, recasting, and ADR to ensure correct credits are printed on shows AND correct residual payments for talent. -Schedule auditions as needed. -Assist with technical aspects of in-house recording, including engineering the booth, editing, and burning CDs or DVDs. -Attend and run audition sessions: responsible for generating audition sides, prompt arrival of all parties, prepping dialogue director and engineering session. -Responsible for taking discernable session notes to aid in editing selects for Executives, Producers, Directors, etc. -Organize talent submissions by digitizing and entering into the casting database. -General office duties (filing, faxing, copying, etc.) as needed
