Description Business-information company specializing in medical diagnostics seeks writer to assist in production of monthly newsletters covering diagnostic testing, laboratory medicine, clinical and anatomic pathology, and health care policy and compliance. This is a full-time telecommuting position. Washington metropolitan area a plus. Major Duties and Responsibilities Candidate will have primary responsibility for a monthly newsletter covering diagnostic testing and technology, including molecular diagnostics and genetic testing. Candidate will also contribute to monthly publications targeting the business of laboratory medicine and pathology, as well as health care policy and compliance. In addition, candidate will contribute editorial content to Web site and assist in planning of conferences and Webinars. Candidate should be resourceful, able to perform online research and conduct interviews by phone and in person, and a solid foundation in science and/or health care writing. Some travel will be required. This is a junior-level position that reports to the managing editor.
