Right to Know

You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or sell about you. Specifically, for information we collect about you, you may request that we disclose the following to you:

• The categories of personal information we have collected about you.
• The categories of sources from which we collected the personal information.
• The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information.
• The categories of third parties with whom we share personal information.
• The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

In addition, for information that we sell or disclose about you for a business purpose, you may request that we disclose the following to you:

• The categories of personal information that we have collected about you.
• The categories of personal information that we sold about you and the categories of third parties to whom the personal information was sold.
• The categories of personal information that the we disclose about you for a business purpose.

Right to Request Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete any personal information about you which we have collected from you. If it is necessary for us to maintain the personal information for certain purposes, we are not required to comply with your deletion request. If we determine that we will not delete your personal information when you request us to do so, we will inform you and tell you why we are not deleting it.

We may charge you a different price or rate, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services to you if that difference is reasonably related to the value provided to you by your data.

How to Submit a Request

To exercise the rights described above, you must submit a verifiable request to us by contacting us here and providing the requested information or emailing us at ccpa@nexxt.com. You may also call (610) 878-2800 to submit a request.

To submit a verifiable Consumer request, you will be asked to provide certain information to help us verify your identity. The information we ask you to provide to initiate a request may differ depending upon the type of request, the type, sensitivity and value of the personal information that is the subject of the request, and the risk of harm to you that may occur as a result of unauthorized access or deletion, among other factors. We may also require you to provide a written declaration that you are who you say you are.

If you maintain an online account with us, we will verify your identity for a request through the normal account authentication process, meaning you will need to sign on with your email and password.

We are only required to respond to requests to provide personal information to you twice in any 12-month period.

If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to comply with your request. We will inform you if we cannot verify your identity. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable Consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Collection, Use, and Sharing of Information

We may have collected the following categories of personal information about you in the twelve (12) months prior to the Effective Date of this policy:

• Name, email address, zip code, postal address, phone number (including mobile phone), Internet Protocol address, or other similar identifiers.
• Education, employment history, and other professional or employment-related information.
• Characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law (including race and gender) and citizenship status.
• Geolocation data.
• Commercial information, including products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies on our Site.
• Internet or other electronic network activity information, including, but not limited to, browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with our Site, including job postings, advertisements, and other content on our Site.
• Inferences drawn from any personal information to create a profile about you reflecting your preferences, behavior, attitudes, abilities, and aptitudes.

The actual information we may have collected about you can vary based on your interaction with our Site.

We collect the personal information described above from the following categories of sources:

• Directly from you when you complete forms on our Site and update your account information.
• From you when you interact with job postings, advertisements, and other content on our Site.
• From our business partners who may pass your personal information to us with your consent.

We collect the personal information described above for a variety of business purposes. For example, we may use the personal information to:

• Achieve the operational purpose for which the personal information was collected or for another operational purpose that is compatible with the context in which the personal information was collected.
• Tailor your user experience, including, but not limited to, the contextual customization of relevant employment-related information, such as job search results, as well as advertisements and offers.
• Audit a current interaction with you and concurrent transactions, including, but not limited to, presenting relevant employment-related results, offers, and other information, and auditing compliance with this specification and other standards;
• Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and prosecute those responsible for that activity;
• Identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
• Perform services, including maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing financing, providing advertising or marketing services, providing analytic services, or providing similar services on behalf of the business or service provider.
• Undertake internal research for technological development and demonstration.

We may share the personal information described above with the following categories of third parties:

• To our business partners when you opt-in to their offers on our Site or through our Services.
• To companies and individuals we engage to perform services on our behalf.
• To companies that may use your data for career-related purposes and other content that may be relevant to you.
• If legally required to do so.
• To protect our rights or property or the rights of our affiliated companies.
• To protect the personal safety of users or the general public.

We have sold or disclosed for a business purpose the following categories of personal information about Consumers in the twelve (12) months prior to the Effective Date of this policy:

The actual information about you we may have sold or disclosed for business purposes can vary based on your interaction with our Site.

We require in our Terms of Service that you be of sufficient legal age to use our Site. Accordingly, we do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization.

Other than your account log-in information, we do not use any sensitive personal information about you. We do not use or disclose this log-in information for any purposes other than those specified as permissible without requiring the right to limit such use. Specifically, we primarily use your account log-in information to provide our services to you upon your request and in accordance with our Terms of Service.
