Right to Request Deletion

How to Submit a Request

To exercise the rights described above, you must submit a verifiable request to us by contacting us here and providing the requested information or emailing us at ccpa@nexxt.com. You may also call (610) 878-2800 to submit a request.

To submit a verifiable Consumer request, you will be asked to provide certain information to help us verify your identity. The information we ask you to provide to initiate a request may differ depending upon the type of request, the type, sensitivity and value of the personal information that is the subject of the request, and the risk of harm to you that may occur as a result of unauthorized access or deletion, among other factors. We may also require you to provide a written declaration that you are who you say you are.

If you maintain an online account with us, we will verify your identity for a request through the normal account authentication process, meaning you will need to sign on with your email and password.

We are only required to respond to requests to provide personal information to you twice in any 12-month period.

If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to comply with your request. We will inform you if we cannot verify your identity. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable Consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

  • Identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.

We may share the personal information described above with the following categories of third parties:

Other than your account log-in information, we do not use any sensitive personal information about you. We do not use or disclose this log-in information for any purposes other than those specified as permissible without requiring the right to limit such use. Specifically, we primarily use your account log-in information to provide our services to you upon your request and in accordance with our Terms of Service.
