    Corporate Functions - Marketing + CommunicationsAs part of this team, you'll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You'll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage the relationship with internal marketing clients and all stakeholders

    Work with Agency Operations (within Delivery Excellence) to ensure resource availability and allocation for creative talent

    Work with Project Management (within Delivery Excellence) to develop a detailed project plan against creative brief, track progress, manage timelines, costs, changes in scope

    Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

    Maintain high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to the client

    Qualifications

    YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

    4 year college degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field

    7+ years' relevant experience in the advertising/creative industry

    Professional skills:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Skills in managing people, projects and resources

    • Client servicing/agency experience

    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative talent to give their best

    • Confidence to work independently or in a group

    • Meticulous attention to detail

    • The ability to keep a cool head and meet deadlines

    • Problem-solving skills

    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

    • Expert Microsoft suite knowledge and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

    • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

    • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
