About the Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective affiliate and influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing successful affiliate and influencer campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Affiliate Marketing:

• Develop and manage relationships with affiliate partners to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.

• Implement and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to maximize revenue and ROI.

• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission structures, and incentive programs.

Influencer Marketing:

• Identify and build relationships with influencers aligned with the brand and target audience.

• Collaborate with influencers to create engaging, authentic content that aligns with marketing objectives.

• Manage influencer partnerships, contracts, and campaign timelines.

• Measure and analyze the impact of influencer campaigns, providing insights for future initiatives.

Strategy and Planning:

• Develop comprehensive affiliate and influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate affiliate and influencer strategies with broader marketing efforts.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns.

• Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or a related role

• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, affiliate platforms, and influencer marketing tools.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in affiliate marketing or influencer marketing.

• Experience working in e-commerce or a similar industry.
