    About Communications internship

    The brand's popularity has grown through a tradition of word-of-mouth endorsement and advocacy from makeup artists, models, photographers and journalists around the world.

    Today, we're looking for a new intern to join the EIMEA Communications team. If you're a creative, curious and passionate team player with a strong sense of excellence and entrepreneurship, this role is for you!

    Key responsibilities and Tasks:

    International Communication (online and offline)

    • Report and monitor: daily tracking and monitoring of influencers and media coverage and competition analysis

    • Contribute to create toolkits for product/collection launches (concept, strategy, execution guidelines)

    • Deploy tool to EIMEA markets

    Events / Press, influencers and Makeup Artists management

    • Support the organization of influencers/media/employee events

    • Support influencers and media requests

    • Help support new Product launches

    • Analyze and monitor results (Influencer and media coverage online and offline)

    Content creation /story telling

    • Help create new content /story telling for product launches

    • Analyze content performance and recommend improvement

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Education Level: BAC 4/ 5

    • Minimum Years and Area of Experience: Previous experience in Communications and influencer marketing internships. Mandatory to be your Last Internship.

    • Required Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)

    • License or Certifications : Communication / Digital communication / Marketing

    • Additional Job Specifications:

    • Demonstrable desire to pursue a career in PR is important

    • Excellent communications and analytical skill- You should be a confident communicator

    • Highly organized and motivated with the ability to constantly multi-task in a fast pace environment

    • Able to work independently with passion and energy

    • Excellent time management, writing ability and attention to detail

    • Fluent, clear and articulate in communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm

    • Creative, curious, proactive and motivated: Forward innovative thinker- thinking differently, proposing & embracing courageous new ideas

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs and Power point

    • Excellent social communication skills- able to build and maintain influencer and press relationships

    • Understanding of makeup industry, media landscape and influencer marketing
