Artist Coordinator

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Culver City, CA

About the Job:

Our Client is looking for an operations team member to help support the artist community. This person will work in our databases to directly support out artist operational services team. They will verify artists and their teams for access to client music for Artists as well as troubleshoot artist questions and issues that are escalated to our team.

Key Qualifications:

• Meticulous approach to detail and determination to meet deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal skills with experience working in the artist/music space.

• Experience with metadata standards a plus but must have the aptitude to learn and understand these standards for client music

• Analytical, inquisitive, and comfortable working with data to find solutions.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Duties include:

• Tools training

• Data workflow training

-Best practices training

• Daily researching and verifying artists and their teams

• Daily processing of artist requests for client Music for Artists

• Daily response requirements on artist inquiries/issues

• X-functional investigation of data issues and escalations
