    The temporary Assistant Coach position for Women's Gymnastics will be responsible for assisting the Head Women's Gymnastics Coach in recruiting of future student-athletes for the program.

    Responsibilities

    The temporary Assistant Coach position for Women's Gymnastics will be responsible for assisting the Head Women's Gymnastics Coach in recruiting of future student-athletes for the program. This includes, but is not limited to, administrative duties, evaluating and educating gymnasts and coaches on becoming a student-athlete at the University of Pennsylvania.

    Receives direct administrative supervision and guidance from the Head Coach Women's Gymnastics. Will work extremely close with coaching staff in preparing and debriefing for the Level 10 Club Gymnastics National Championship event in May.

    Position will be needed for one month - early to mid May through early to mid June.

    Qualifications:

    A Bachelor's degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience coaching gymnastics. The ability to motivate recruits and to support and join the program enthusiastically. Working knowledge and compliance of NCAA/Ivy League policies and procedures.
