Univision Radio is seeking an innovative and creative P/T Assistant Show Producer to help develop and oversee the content strategy and daily show production of a winning talk/news radio show. Job Responsibilities:â€¢ Assist in the daily production workflow of the assigned show/s with the purpose of meeting and exceeding ratings and revenue goals for the daypart and station.â€¢ Assist talent and other producers with online research, writing and production strategies to enhance the day to day production efforts.â€¢ Assist talent generate Social Mediaâ€¢ Book and coordinate relevant guests and interviews for the show.â€¢ Assist with the coordination of on-air contests, giveaways and award prizes Required Skills & Experience:â€¢ High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.â€¢ At least 3 years experience in a similar position.â€¢ Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.â€¢ Highly proficient both in English and Spanish.â€¢ Basic computer operating software proficiency. â€¢ Proficient in social media.
Desired Skills & Experience:â€¢ Strong communication and organizational skills.â€¢ Team player with solid show content judgement.â€¢ Knowledge of the Hispanic community and traditions.â€¢ Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
