    Job Description

    Lead the development and execution of strategy initiatives across the Pan IMMUNOLOGY portfolio (HUMIRA, Rinvoq and Skyrizi), including asset specific value proposition development and novel marketing initiatives. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for the Brand Team and will be highly integrated with internal cross functional partners on a regular basis (including Medical, HEOR, Clinical Development/Ops, Market Access and Patient Services). Develops and leads effective marketing strategies that are impactful, executable, easily communicated, and clinically/financially supported for areas of responsibility (product/indication/channel).

    Responsibilities

    • Co-create with Rheum, Derm, Gastro, IAE and Consumer Marketing Director(s), business leaders and internal cross functional partners to build, manage and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and goals including patients', market and financial results.

    • Drive and participate in business and marketing plans process.

    • Demonstrates and utilizes holistic understanding of financial planning.

    • Lead and manage teams and external partnerships.

    • Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business results.

    • Grow brand/product penetration, share and awareness.

    • Develop next generation product and/or product enhancement and experiences, leveraging the patient journey.

    • Direct and manage projects including execution of marketing plans, initiatives and tasks.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree required. MBA preferred.

    • 5+ years of biopharmaceutical marketing experience, Immunology leadership preferred

    • Excellent communication skills with proven past experiences in writing Strategic documents

    • Strong collaboration and team orientation, with experience accomplishing results through others and by influencing others

    • Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in marketing skills.

    • Previous cross franchise/cross channel marketing experience preferred.
