  • The Associate, Enterprise Communications provides communications support in the form of writing and editing articles, assisting with core services, and producing employee-facing resources for company-wide initiatives, special events/projects, and programs. The candidate will work with the team to provide clear, consistent, and effective communications for BAYADA at the enterprise level, ensuring that all communications adhere to brand standards, while providing exceptional customer service. In this position, the associate will work closely with managers to support the administrative elements of publications and internal communications platforms.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    1.Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.

    2.Four (4) year college degree, preferably in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or related field.

    3.Minimum of one (1) years' experience in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.

    4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    5.Ability to handle numerous projects and meet aggressive deadlines.

    6.Ability to collaborate with managers to make decisions based on customer/office and/or business needs in relation to job duties.

    7.Outstanding customer service skills.

    8.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    9.Knowledge of traditional and digital media a must.

    10.Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.

    11.Understands and connects with the BAYADA culture.

    1. Candidates should reside in EDT or CDT time zones.

    2. Ability to report to our Global Support Center in Pennsauken, NJ, as needed, preferred (not required)

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1.Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.

    2.Develop working knowledge of BAYADA's mission, services, people, organization, policies, and procedures.

    3.Support the production and distribution of enterprise publications, including the weekly BAYADA Bulletin and All Directors eblast, and the monthly field newsletter BAYADA Insider.

    4.Ensure enterprise communications and articles align with BAYADA's goals and objectives.

    5.Tailor communications and messages based on the audience, while connecting all employees to our unique culture and mission-driven purpose.

    6.Create feedback opportunities and generate meaningful metrics for primary publications, communication vehicles, monitoring and evaluating readership trends.

    1. Work collaboratively with Enterprise Communications team, IT Portal team, project managers, and Creative Services team to execute strategic, multichannel communications plans.

    2. Build relationships with key audiences including support offices, service offices, and Culture and Communications Division team members.

    3. Manage job requests using the department's project management system.

    4. Ensure appropriate brand and communication standards are used in communication deliverables.

    5. Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.

    6. Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.

    • Base Pay: $40,000-47,000 annually depending on qualifications
