    Job Summary:

    JOB SUMMARY

    Promote VUMC services to current and new physicians in the primary referral area with some guidance. Communicate information on new products or services and conduct visitations with physicians to determine their needs and enhance their relationship with VUMC.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for PR budget for special events and procurement of PR items for Bases.

    • Ensures LifeFlight uniforms have proper branding and inventory.

    • Coordinates with vendors as needed for PR inventory/requests.

    • Supports major PR events as needed, including occasional weekends.

    • Responsible for scheduling and conducting helipad tours and photo ops.

    • Proficient with maintaining social media and website content.

    • Maintains LifeFlight Website and Social Media content and photographs.

    • Has positive rapport with VUMC Marketing/Public Affairs Team.

    • Has positive rapport with VUMC LifeFlight Team and vendors.

    • Attends weekly PR Meetings.

    • Prefer candidate be proficient with photo/video editing/producing.

    • Responsible for reporting out PR data: social media stats, PR inventory, special events/projects, etc., on a scheduled basis.

    • Responsible for creating a PR strategic plan with LifeFlight colleagues.

    • Works office hours in Skyport to support LifeFlight business and also available as needed to support the program as a whole.
