    Our client is a non-profit organization with a great mission behind them! They are looking for a detail oriented Associate Specialist, Partnerships, Sponsorships, and Exhibits with 3+ years of administrative, database management, and/or customer service experience. This will be a hybrid position, reporting to the Membership & Meetings Manager. This is a 3-6 month long contract. If this sounds like a fit for you, please here.

    salary: $23 - $25 per hour

    shift: First

    work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

    education: Bachelors

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage the online registration process for the annual conferences.

    • Registration management

    • Invoicing/financial record keeping

    • Review and update meeting registration websites as directed, registering individuals, groups, VIPs, etc. directly and assisting any registrants with questions regarding registration.

    • Investigate and resolve meetings and registration inquiries thoroughly, initiative and creativity in troubleshooting and resolving problems.

    • Create and process all invoices and payments including meetings registrations, sponsorships and exhibits for annual events, and other related other products and services.

    • Build and maintain a working relationship with travel management agency.

    • Attend annual conferences to provide onsite customer service and registration assistance.

    • Primary agent for events-related data entry and management in NetFORUM.

    • Run established NetFORUM queries.

    • Support the member services team with other administrative duties needed and not listed above.
