Position Overview If you enjoy making software easier to use, embracing new technologies, communicating complex ideas in plain English, and working with highly motivated and professional project teams, we would like to talk to you.Our technical writing group works collaboratively with developers, testers, product managers, and other subject matter experts to create and maintain internal and customer-facing content for global projects on SAFe/Scaled-Agile, distributed teams. Responsibilities + Interpret design specifications and user stories+ Assess user needs/advocate for customers+ Create and manage project and sprint tasks+ Work with product prototypes+ Report progress to sprint teams+ Use a content management system to create and publish documentation+ Focus on details and quality+ Adhere to styles and processesQualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
