  • Responsibilities

    Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

    Responsible to the Director of MCFO for directing the activities of the managers and supervisors in the administration, planning, coordination, operation and maintenance, alteration, and repair of buildings and infrastructure systems. Directs the execution of facilities projects and coordinates activities within assigned areas. Develops budgets, sets priorities, inspects and schedules all operations and maintenance requirements for assigned areas. Develops and maintains communications with all clients/users. Assures facility performance meets needs and expectations of users and all regulatory agencies (NYSDOH, Joint Commission, OHSA, EPA, DEC, AAALAC).

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, mechanical or electrical engineering, architecture, construction technology or an Associate's degree with documented roles of increasing responsibilities in a relevant field, and 15 years of related experience in the management & supervision of facilities operations. Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) and Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) certifications preferred.

    Pay Range

    Pay Range: $ 95,300 - $143,000 Annually

    The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
