Audio Visual Specialist

Amentum is currently seeking a Audio Visual Specialist to support an IT Managed Services program in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The overall program includes a 500+ work force performing Enterprise IT support, Service Desk, and Telecommunications support across multiple facilities and locations, for classified and unclassified telecommunications and information technology (IT) systems.

You will be a part of a team that works to design, install, maintain, and support enterprise video collaboration and conference rooms, which provide secure and reliable video and audio conferencing with screen-sharing capabilities in both classified and unclassified environments.

As a member of the team, you will:

• End user support and setup of Videoconferences and Videoconference equipment

• Unclassified and Classified Videoconference event scheduling and coordination support

• Secure Videoconference bridge and meeting setup support within the DOE/NNSA Enterprise Secure Network and DoD Secure Network Environments.

• Videoconference and Microsoft Teams system training support

• Videoconference and presentation systems planning, design and installation for all Classified and Unclassified environments and product lines.

• Videoconference and AV Systems installation, support, and maintenance

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a High School degree/ GED and 2 years of experience.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET (TS) or DOE Q Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a TOP SECRET (TS) or DOE Q Clearance.
