  • Audio Visual VTC Technician

    The Technology System Optimization Practice works with clients to transform their technology services and operations and provide enterprise-wide service transformation. Working with CIO, Technology Executives, Services Owners, and their teams to establish an operating model for technology based on the implications of NextGen and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization.

    Work you ll do

    The Audio Visual VTC technician requires experience in hands on maintenance/repair of AV and VTC systems. The potential candidate must have experience in AV system maintenance/repair including but not limited to cable termination, reading drawings, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and customer interaction. The candidate will also have experience in preparation and maintenance of VTC systems, Crestron Controls Systems, Matrix switchers, and digital signal processors. The candidate must have a great attitude, great communication skills, and great customer service. The candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and accountable. Candidates with a wide range of experience are encouraged to apply.

    Qualifications

    • Experience with Cisco, Crestron, Extron, AMX, Biamp, and ClearOne

    • Experience with Cisco TMS and Cisco CMS a plus

    • CompTIA Security Certification

    • Ability to lift 30 pounds

    • BS degree in a related field

    • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret security clearance
