1. Skills: Ability

to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with the following

products and related systems

o Extron equipment

o Biamp, QSC audio

DSP products and systems

o Cisco, POLY,

LOGITECH video conference systems,

o Luxul, NETGEAR,

CISCO switches

o Video wall

systems: Planar, UNILUMEN, LG, Samsung, Barco products and systems

1. Testing- Someone

that has done testing with multimeter and can troubleshoot issues

1. Ability to

research and specify replacement products

1. Intermediate to

advanced AV Networking skills

1. Cabling and

connectors: ability to crimp and solder.

1. Advanced

knowledgeable of signal flow and low voltage electrical concepts; i.e., Ohms

law

1. Customer

interfacing- Someone that does customer service work and interfaces with

customers regularly.
