What you'll do
The Communications Center of Excellence in Deloitte's Green Dot Agency works closely with leadership to plan and execute high impact communications programs that build and protect the firm's brand and reputation, align professionals and leaders to speak with one voice in the marketplace, develop messaging that helps to differentiate our brand and offerings, and position our executives to stand out in the marketplace.
A successful candidate for the Communications Senior Specialist role is a team player with strong organizational skills, highly collaborative and eager to contribute new ideas. Primary responsibilities include:
Assisting in building and maintaining a public relations community of practice throughout Deloitte
Developing and managing a team platform/site to facilitate knowledge-sharing and communication
Helping to plan and execute team meetings - including logistics, agendas, site/technology management, building and coordinating decks, identifying speakers, etc. - throughout the year to drive greater connectivity
Exploring, recommending, and rolling out new tools for PR professionals to help them better support the businesses they serve
Supporting the Communications team and leadership on Learning & Development initiatives
Helping to facilitate greater connectivity and communications between public relations and internal communications
Assisting with budget management

From concept to execution, we help our leaders reach their audience and achieve a consistent standard of excellence using proven communication methodologies.
Marketing or Communications professional with a minimum of 1+ years relevant experience
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups (technical subject matter specialists to business owners), with ability to present complex information in easily understandable format and tailored to audience.
Microsoft Office Skills such as PowerPoint and Word
