    What You'll be Doing:

    Lead the acquisition of clinical drug information for Domestic and International, perform surveillance of designated markets; Identify workflow efficiency needs, manage technical projects and support other shared services.

    Key Tasks: **?**

    • Oversee and/or collaborate on the day-to-day priorities for acquisition and surveillance workflows, may also coordinate and/or train new employees.

    • Research and acquire International clinical information required to support the creation and maintenance of embedded and referential multinational content.

    • Responsible for pharmaceutical news surveillance and various technical tasks associated with workflow tools.

    • Utilize desktop editing, document management programs, or proprietary software to enter text, verify or edit codified drug-related data in accordance with the policies and processes for each content type.

    • Submit work for collaborative peer review and responds appropriately to comments and feedback.

    • Identify and correct omissions or errors in the content.

    • Manage and ensure the currency of internal documentation manuals. Identify and execute shared workflow efficiency initiatives.

    • Manage individual workload and balance priorities of Embedded/Referential, International, and Domestic.

    • Represent Core Acquisition on technical projects related to internal workflow tools, document storage and/or associated editorial platforms. Support special projects as needed across the team; act as a functional backup for other shared services.

    • Represents Clinical Effectiveness in a positive, professional, and customer-focused manner.

    • Treats fellow employees and customers in a Fair, Honest, Responsive, and Results-Oriented manner.

    You're a Great Fit if You Meet These Requirements :

    • B.A. or B.S. Health Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience

    • Minimum 4 years of experience and/or relevant formal education

    • Proficient in a variety of office and collaborative programs (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, OneNote, Adobe Pro, PowerPoint); experience with advanced programs/tools, Power BI, JIRA, etc. (desired)

    • Recognizes the importance of and incorporates quality measures into processes by adhering to policies and standard operating procedures

    • Demonstrates a high level of organizational skills, is detail-oriented and proficient in all levels of communication (written and verbal)

    • Ability to make independent, appropriate decisions as well as comfortable at gaining group consensus in a highly collaborative environment

    Compensation:

    Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $55,500-$76,700
