    The Marketing Coordinator will be a vital member of the Marketing Department, supporting two Executives whose work helps to strategically align the Department at-large. This position will report into the SVP of Creative & Strategy and VP of Marketing. Working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team, the Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting both domestic and global marketing teams to ensure information and meetings are managed in a timely and efficient manner.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support including but not limited to calendar/scheduling, Travel & Expenses

    • Proficiency in detailed email correspondence and information tracking

    • Handle confidential information and materials regarding not-yet released films, following security protocols

    • Communicate quickly with team members on multiple platforms like email, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint docs

    • Maintain records of filmmaker and Executive correspondence

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on deadlines and workflow needs

    • Assist Executives in preparing for important cross-divisional and high-level filmmaker meetings, including but not limited to agenda aggregation and materials prep (including presentations and AV materials)

    • Attend key meetings to take notes and help track follow-up

    • Oversee scheduling for larger cross-departmental and high-level filmmaker meetings

    • Assist in creation of Keynote presentation decks

    • Proficiency in Conference Room technology, including playback of AV materials and set-up for hybrid meetings

    • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook

    • Proficiency with hybrid Meeting tools including Microsoft Teams, Zoom and WebEx

    Eligibility Requirements

    • Willingness to work extended hours and overtime, including weekends, with little notice

    Desired Characteristics

    • 2 years of administrative experience working in the entertainment industry, especially at a Creative Agency or Entertainment Marketing company/studio

    • 4-year college degree, preferably in film, marketing/business, or communications

    • Professional phone demeanor

    • Prior experience in advertising or marketing preferred

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Ability to take initiative, be proactive and have meticulous follow-through

    • Able to handle multiple responsibilities and juggle a busy schedule

    • Hardworking, organized and focused

    • Pro-active individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

    Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 (Not bonus eligible)
