    VOX Global, a bi-partisan strategic communications firm that combines the intensity and agility of a political campaign with the experience of working for some of the most well-known companies and organizations in the world, is offering full-time paid internships on its Creative and Digital & Advertising teams.

    We offer clients a multi-faceted approach to digital advertising, motion graphics, UX/UI design, branding and public relations that leverages industry-leading techniques and creative ideas.

    We are looking for Design, Motion Media and Web Development Fellows with the necessary skills to assist our teams and excellent clients based in our Washington, D.C. office.

    The fellowship is a paid, full-time, 3-6-month position and we are looking for someone to join our team as soon as possible. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the Washington, DC office and 2 days remote.

    Responsibilities

    Fellows can expect to work closely with the Creative Team and in tandem with the Digital & Advertising Team on a variety of projects for clients in a diverse range of industries. They will refine their design skills and learn about graphic design, motion media and web development in a fast-paced environment. Fellows are given opportunities to develop unique projects that stand out in their portfolio.

    Qualifications

    We expect you have:

    • Passion to create innovative designs for web and print campaigns

    • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite

    • Effective writing and editing skills

    • Attention to detail

    • Interest in building best-in-class creative

    • A mindset of continuous improvement

    You'll stand out from other applicants if you have:

    • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), especially WordPress

    • Proficiency in Figma

    • Knowledge of HTML and CSS

    • Experience with animation or motion graphic design

    • Advertising and analyticsexpertise

    You're qualified for our internship if you are:

    • Enrolled in or recently graduated (within the past year) from an undergraduate or graduate institution

    • Interested in government, politics and/or corporate communications

    • Excellent research and analytical skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
