    Position Overview:

    We'reon the hunt for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing team. This rolewill focus ondeveloping and executing comprehensive demand generation campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue ~~~ part of your responsibilities,you'llbe in charge ofimproving conversion rates and increasing engagement with our target market. This meansyou'llhave to think creatively and strategically, always keeping our customers at the heart of what you do.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, as well as experience inB2Bmarketing and lead generation.

    Your Impact :

    • Develop and implement demand generation strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generateleads

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with our targetaudience

    • Utilize various channels such as email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, events, and content marketing to reach potentialcustomers

    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions tooptimizeROI

    • Manage the lead nurturing process by developing email workflows and tracking lead progression through the salesfunnel

    • Stayup-to-dateon industry trends and competitor activities toidentifynew opportunities for growth

    • Work closely with salesand customer success teamsto ensure alignment on goals andstrategies

    • Continuously test and improve campaign tactics to drive greaterresults

    What you bring:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience inB2Bmarketing or demand generation

    • Experience in the healthcare industry highlypreferred

    • Proventrack recordof executing successful marketingcampaigns

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-drivendecisions

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functionalteams

    • Proficient in using marketing automation tools such as Marketo,HubSpot, or Eloqua

    • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-pacedenvironment

    Bonus points:

    • Experience in designing or building captivatingemails

    • Experience with anyadditionalmarketing technologyplatforms

    • Experience with Generative AI and/or Large Language Models
