Our multi-disciplinary Ignite teams combine research, strategy and design to define new experiences for our customers. We then partner with technology and services experts inside and outside of Salesforce to turn these visions into reality.The Creative Execution team is a small, multitalented team that supports Salesforce Ignite projects with a wide range of expertise including creative strategy, communication design, video storytelling, UX design, motion design, and more. We also build and share creative resources because sharing is caring.The role of an Ignite/CE DesignerAs a designer on the Creative Execution Team, you will help create traction for Ignite work with great presentation design and a clear, compelling story. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, pulling together research insights, concepts, prototypes, future visions and more into a concise narrative that customers and internal teams alike will want to take and run with.You will be encouraged to explore novel approaches to storytelling. This role involves deck design but it isn't defined by it. Your goal will be to make the work clear and memorable, so you will need to be an audience advocate with a continuous consideration for what stakeholders care about in order to craft messaging and treatments accordingly.As an Ignite designer, you should be able to:+ Design customer-facing content across a wide range of deliverables . From presentations and print collateral to video storyboards and virtual workshops.+ Visualize complex concepts and data . Use imagery, illustration, animation, typography, etc. to help customers envision and understand the value of an idea.+ Rapidly iterate within a culture of critique . Clarity over fidelity. Seek and accept feedback from teams often and adjust accordingly. Pivot quickly or start over if necessary.+ Own your own work stream . Self-direct creative decisions and treatments.+ Quickly research and understand a customer's brand and values. Then interpret them through the work.+ Work with internal and external partners. Collaborate with internal teams (often a combination of account, research, design, and strategy) and customer teams.+ Be resourceful . Create assets when appropriate, leverage existing assets when necessary.+ Find patterns and design for the future .
