    Reporting to Head of Events, Activations and Talent & Influencer Engagement

    Peacock is seeking an experienced, creative and collaborative cross functional leader to oversee the influencer engagement work across Peacock publicity and marketing. In this role you will be developing best practices to ensure strategic implementation around our work with content creators. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong talent background who has extensive experience working with content creators across social platforms. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, love entertainment, cultural trends and being part of a high performing team.

    Essential responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:

    • Develop and drive a framework around influencer engagement across Peacock publicity & marketing inclusive of internal process, pay, deal structure, posting requirements, etc.

    • Provide creative and strategic guidance to key cross functional partners, collaborating with marketing, PR, social, and media counterparts to build effective and earned media driving influencer campaigns

    • Work with cross functional partners to scope project size to inform budget, ensure strategic alignment, and that creative inputs and timelines are met

    • Oversee and build a roster of external agency partners

    • Have a pulse on the social trends, influencer and competitive landscape, identifying up and coming talent and content creators with brand ambassador potential

    • Use creative judgement to influence initial ideation and briefing process

    • Accountability for recapping and tracking of campaign work, provide analysis to inform future work

    • Partner with Ad Sales to bring content creator opportunities into client campaigns

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 10 years of talent and social/content creator experience, entertainment experience a plus but not required

    • Extensive fluency of social platforms and best practices

    • Deep knowledge of what makes successful content on social media

    • Passion and experience in the creator economy and its evolving landscape

    • Hyper organized, adaptable and detailed oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently and keep pace in a quickly moving and ever-changing environment

    • Ability to engage, collaborate and provide clear communication to cross functional teams

    • Strong work ethic, self-starter with a dedication to excellence

    • Can simultaneously have big picture view and be in the weeds of execution

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)
