    Apple is seeking a well-rounded Events Experience Designer to support our Worldwide Events Design and Fabrication team. The team works across the company to bring Apple's iconic brand and products to life for audiences around the world. From new launches and keynotes to live productions and hands on experiences, the Design & Fabrication team is responsible for fostering design throughout the entire guest journey.

    Key Qualifications

    • 6-8 years experience within a top creative agency environment and/ or high-end fabrication and production company

    • Proficiency in SketchUp and/or other 3D modeling & rendering tools

    • Proficiency in Mac and Keynote

    • Willing to travel and be on-site event and load-in/out

    Description

    What you'll do As an Events Experience Designer you will work with the team to deliver concepts for bespoke fixtures, spatial layouts and interior design that are developed from concept to execution. We are looking for a person with energy, drive, passion, and enthusiasm to do and be their very best. Design research, product conceptualization, modeling, finish specifications and prototyping Collaborate with multiple internal partners and vendors from design-to-build fabrication and scenic implementation for events and filmed projects. Host ongoing meetings with key vendor partners and cross-functional partners Build compelling layouts that consider the guest journey from start to finish Specify furniture appropriate to event aesthetic and use-case. Create presentation decks for leadership that convey concepts and a strong point of view Help with load-in, day-of activities, and load-out during event builds Who you are You are a strong collaborator, able to clearly communicate ideas and pay attention to the small details You have an eye for design, understand space planning and can specify furniture depending on the overall aesthetic You are highly organized and have the ability to handle ambiguity with grace You are an expert in 3D CAD and can create realistic renders for visualization You have ample experience in reading and laying out 2D CAD floor plans and ability to understand scale and space You are proficient in keynote and other collaboration tools You understand the fixture and scenic fabrication process and have the ability to value engineer design and material specifications to honor budgets You can support compliance with policy and procedures You are comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and are able to communicate timelines across various deliverables both internally and externally

    • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,700.00 and $212,600.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
