    In Q4 2023, Intel announced Altera will be reported as a separate business unit beginning on January 1, 2024, with ongoing support from Intel. This position is associated to that standalone business strategy and is expected to fully transition to a standalone company at some time in the future.

As we continue to expand our global operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to join our team as the Executive Communications Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and implement communication plans that support the strategic priorities and objectives of the Programmable Solutions Group team.

    • Write, edit, and produce high-quality and engaging content for various communication platforms, such as executive presentations, speeches, blogs, newsletters, social media, webinars, and events. Manage and maintain the editorial calendar and content pipeline for the Programmable Solutions Group and specifically its leadership.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, PR, engineering, design, and research, to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging and branding.

    • Measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of communication initiatives and channels.

    • Research and monitor industry trends, best practices, and competitive insights to inform and improve communication strategies and tactics.

    • Provide coaching and feedback to the leadership team on their communication skills and style.

    • Compelling writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

    • Have the skill to work effectively with ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities and expectations in a dynamic environment.

    • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

    • Extensive experience with cross-group collaboration, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.

    • Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to translate complex and technical information into clear and compelling messages.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field AND 8+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Program Management, Project Management, or related/ equivalent experience

    • 5+ years of experience in the technology space

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 3+ years' experience supporting senior executives in an executive communications role.

    • 3+ years' experience working with social media platforms.

    • FPGA Experience.

    Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $141,673.00-$241,005.00

    *Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
