Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be excited about this explosive medium, and will have extensive experience developing creative media concepts from ideation through execution, while managing creative teams and ensuring that processes and expectations are well-communicated across all levels of production.

What the job entails: A typical week will include shepherding a number of shows through their various stages-from developing the idea to laying out the publishing schedule, casting the show and testing talent on mic, to building a production plan and ultimately shaping the episodes in the edit room.

Responsibilities:

• Guides the development of assigned podcasts.

• Has input and can make changes to the delivery of podcast content.

• Delegates duties and show assignments for Supervising Producers and Producers.

• Manages show budgets and communicates needs with talent and other departments.

• Researches, books, produces, engineers and edits Nikkie Glaser's daily show.

• Does similar role with other shows in the comedy slate.

• Detail oriented

• Deadline driven

• Growth-minded

• Comfortable being a key player on a team

• A leader managing independent projects, if needed

• An eye for finding a compelling angle for any given subject

• Ability to tell a story both conversationally and creatively

• Inclination to roll up your sleeves and solve problems-doing whatever is needed to get the job done-is essential
