    The candidate would be responsible for managing the development of creative concepts, working with all functions within the Creative group at Ironworks-developing and delivering compelling content that consistently meets business objectives while exceeding client expectations. The right person is also expected to confidently present compelling ideas to colleagues and clients internally, influencing decision-making, and promoting cross-functional collaboration within Ironworks.

    The candidate would be heavily involved in creative strategy, scoping, and brief writing as well as all stages of creative development, review, and approval-from concept to quality control to completion.     Manage creative projects from start to finish including concept, application, art direction, creative execution and delivery.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop effective environmental wayfinding strategies and designs.

    • Conceptualize innovative spatially integrated brand experiences.

    • Determine form and functionality for environmental features.

    • Consult with architects on optimal locations and specifications for design elements.

    • Determine creative direction for signage, displays, and other features.

    • Leverage research insights on target audiences to inform aesthetic and experiential choices.

    • Oversee and provide art direction through fabrication and installation.

    • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to envision creative designs.

    • Outline comprehensive design/build plans and detailed specifications.

    • Travel to oversee quality execution per plans and creative vision.

    • Lead creative presentations and pitches to clients.

    • Oversee complete design lifecycles across multiple concurrent projects.

    • Help establish proposals, estimates, and work with external vendors on cost efficiencies.

    • Create informative and entertaining graphics, photographs, audio, video, and other visual elements for visual communication media within the field.

    • Adhere to the company's brand voice. Act as a resource/contact for brand issues.

    • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize projects, write briefs, obtain materials, finalize designs, and frequently communicate the status of all projects with clients and stakeholders.

    • Be a valuable partner with the Strategy and Project Management teams to ensure that all work delivers on the creative brief

    • Oversees the work of other designers and producers. Determine the overall style in which a message is communicated visually to its audience.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant design experience.

    • Expert in brand development and integration of corporate brand voice and messaging.

    • Expert with Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office Suite tools.

    • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating originality and innovation.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

    • Detail and quality focused with ability to multitask seamlessly.

    • Passionate about team collaboration and autonomous creative direction.

    Summary Pay Range:

    $95,640.00 - $143,520.00

    Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
