Job Description
As a Field Marketing Specialist, Design & Development, you will support marketing, design, brand, and innovation initiatives for Oracle Park, San Francisco, CA, Sports & Entertainment division.
Working closely with the Director of Design and Development, our onsite operations team, and our client, you will support several marketing initiatives primarily focused on in-venue marketing collateral, social media support, client facing presentations and deliverables, and implementation of broader marketing initiatives in the venue. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for brand standard execution, support in development initiatives, project management and administrative work, and marketing communications.
You will partner closely with the Corporate Functional Teams (data science, finance and culinary) and Field Operation Teams to ensure initiatives are implemented properly by tracking tasks, managing communication, and coordinating field implementation.
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position ranges from $ 70,000 to $85,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.?
If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities
Own all stages of venue-specific marketing
Responsible for LTO development based on local and national trends and special events
Project manage brand and concept development
Oversee concessions and premium signage including strategy and upkeep
Manage venue print and digital menu boards
Develop and implement corporate marketing programs and assist with innovation pilots
Work closely with the operations team to maintain program & brand standards within the venue
Be onsite for events to ensure proper implementation, monitor marketing program performance and solicit guest feedback
Liaise with Data Science to measure and refine marketing initiatives
Guardianship of white label branding. Inclusive but not limited to maintenance of collateral, website landing page, and sales materials
Produce and deliver client presentations
Exercise creativity and independent judgment in developing and evaluating content in support of internal and external communications
Qualifications
Marketing acumen and understanding of how to manage multiple projects at once
Experience developing and successfully managing program initiatives and strategies
Demonstrated communication and creative writing skills
Experience in marketing calendar and communication planning
Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals
Demonstrated ability to act as a creative and administrative coordinator to external vendors, agencies and internal resources.
Position Qualifications
BA/BS required
Ideal candidate will possess at least 2+ years of marketing, communications and or creative experience, preferably in the food and beverage sector
Excellent verbal and writing skills with thorough attention to detail
A positive, can-do attitude with a deep desire to constantly be looking to improve, better and grow the team
Expert project management skills, with the ability to multi-task while still maintaining quality of work and meet deadlines
Strong collaboration skills
Hyper-competitive, aggressive and diligent with a strong desire to think differently
Excellent organizational skills including time and project management
Ability to manage complex projects with multiple moving parts
Self-driven, confident and creative
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications is required, creative software preferred (InDesign, Photoshop)
Position requires flexibility to travel 10%, including overnight
