    Bennett Aerospace, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Graphic Designer

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Performs a variety of analysis, design, development, coordination, interpretation, and tasks; coordinating, and integrating OASA (ALT) strategic communications and presentation products; and performing graphics requirements for the OASA (ALT), Strategic and External Communications office, and OASA (ALT) staff elements.

    • Applies knowledge of the various programs, missions, and functions of OASA (ALT) organizations as they relate to the functions and programs to which assigned. Understands both horizontal and vertical management chain to aid in making judgments and recommendations for strategic communications products.

    • Serves as the authority in the OASA (ALT) for all graphics branding requirements.

    • Maintains an internal collection of photographs, slides, videos, and computer graphics that will be Government intellectual property. Utilizes proficiency in various computer programs: Power Point, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite (CS3 and later versions), CorelDraw, Photoshop, MacDraw, Flash, etc., as well as scanning equipment/video creation, and video editing software. Will also provide mat cutting and framing tools.

    • Participates in conferences and meetings on matters relating to graphics support and requirements.

    • Will liaise directly with the Strategic Communications office to support senior Acquisition leaders in the development and publication of required products.

    • Products may be, but are not limited to, verbal or written products, formal or informal reports, briefing charts and slides, and other brochures.

    • Provides graphics and multimedia technical support utilizing a variety of Macintosh and PC compatible computer systems and support of the software resident on these systems, utilizing peripheral hardware including color scanners, digital cameras and video digitizing systems.

    • Develops and edits briefings, charts, graphs, video and other electronic media as required to support OASA (ALT) briefings, multimedia presentations, World Wide Web pages and program/product documentation.

    Position Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field plus ten (10) years of experience developing and publishing commercial quality graphic presentations in print, projection, video, and all forms of web-enabled social media.

    • Possess creativity, initiative and vision to develop effective content to support a variety of offices within the headquarters.

    • Ability to work in collaboration with speechwriter to ensure visual support products reflect the messaging of presentations.

    • Possess knowledge of and understands Army Acquisition strategic communication objectives.

    • Knows Army branding and style guides.

    • Proficient in Microsoft, Apple, Adobe and other software editing tools.

    • Proficient using PC and Mac hardware and the use of technical peripherals such as scanners, large format printers, plotters, digital photography and digital video.

    • Proficient in fabrication of graphics products, matting, mounting and framing.
