The Designer is responsible for collaborating with all members of the creative team on needs for marketing projects. This position will have a focus on photo retouching, production and quality control of our imagery which is core to our brand identity. The Designer works closely with the Art Directors and Sr. Designers to ensure that our photography is edited and cropped in the best way to serve the designs and layouts being executed. The Designer will also be responsible for digital presentation layout and design as well as gathering and reviewing assets for use in marketing materials and any requests for imagery from outside the marketing department.

Responsibilities:

• Photography editing and retouching of all images coming out of the studio using Adobe Photoshop

• Ensure brand guidelines are followed and that strict brand standards for imagery are met

• Collaborates with Art Directors and Sr. Designers on image needs in marketing materials, making suggestions, cropping photos as needed for print and digital design execution and gathering assets for use in design layout

• Design of digital presentations for internal communications and showroom training

• Handling imagery requests outside the marketing department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in graphic design or similar degree

• A strong portfolio of work

• Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically PowerPoint and Excel

• Proficiency with typography, layout, creative and conceptual skills for presentation design

• Creative problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills with ability to perform and adjust under pressure

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range:

$3,075.30 - $5,041.30

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
