  • Create strong, creative, effective graphic design for Paycom.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create strong branded design work from initial idea to final production. (print and digital advertisements, flyers, invitations, brochures, magazines, white papers, e-mails, fillable PDF forms, PowerPoint templates, webinars, Word docs, direct mail, posters signage, video graphics, website pages, newsletters, journals, corporate reports and other miscellaneous collateral materials).

    • Study design briefs and determine requirements

    • Maintain current knowledge of design trends

    • Solve design problems proactively with patience and intelligence

    • Works closely with copywriters and other peers to produce final designs

    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Education/Certification:

    • Bachelor's degree in design, art or other related field or equivalent years of experience in graphic design.

    Experience:

    • Proficiency in Adobe design software.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Experience:

    • 2+ years graphic design experience.

    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe design software.

    Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong design and problem-solving skills

    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

    • Detail oriented

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

    • Ability to give and receive constructive criticism.

    • Must be customer focused

    • Creative

    • Flexible
