In this role, you have the opportunity to:
The Graphic Designer role is an integral part of a newly created Creative team, responsible for the strategy and development of all creative assets. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will develop and create visual assets in support of marketing campaigns and collateral. You will drive the graphical identity for projects of all sizes - from large multi-touch campaigns to single asset creation. You have a clean and modern aesthetic with an eye towards innovative designs that provoke attention while communicating brand values. You are a collaborative team player who is comfortable pivoting from spec projects to big picture ideas, telling a story through design that engages both prospects and customers alike.
You are responsible for (but not limited to):
Conceive and develop creative solutions that inspire and educate
Translate requirements from creative briefs into visual assets
Develop illustrations, designs, banners, logos and other graphics to support digital and print activation
Create designs that are aligned with brand standards and legal and regulatory guidelines
Deliver renderings in multi-file format; package and preflight files
Catalog all artwork for easy referencing and repurposing
Manage the design process with external agencies
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in the market to provide creative solutions that drive engagement across all channels and platforms
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's or Liberal Arts degree
Agency experience as a graphics designer
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint
Ability to conceptualize ideas and storyboard concepts for internal development
Skilled in presenting creative vision to both internal stakeholders and external agencies
Team player, quick learner and ability to accept feedback and reprioritize workload
Experience in healthcare or technology
Portfolio samples desired
