JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the layout, design, and production of graphic-design related materials. Requires a strong, working knowledge of graphic-design software and the ability to collaborate with design colleagues and business stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Produces graphic design artwork in support of marketing efforts using technology and computer/design software packages for print and/or web. Generates websites, brochures, eblasts, floor plans, advertising, postcards, proposals, presentations, and press releases for print and/or web. Is able to maintain consistency working within a branding system Interfaces with internal clients and creative leads to determine project strategy and layout approaches. May maintain local website, such as the layout of ~~~/Navigator page in Content Management Systems (CMS), by creating and updating various profiles including professional, team and property profiles. Works on additional special marketing projects as needed. Is able to provide accurate estimates on print and web marketing materials. May work with vendors to estimate marketing projects and oversee production activities. May investigate, compare, and recommend local suppliers of marketing production services, including, but not limited to - video, animation, photography, paper, and printing. Is accurate in their work and has the ability to quality control their own assignments. Is efficient in programs and is able to produce work under tight deadlines. No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project. Other duties may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Fine Arts degree preferred with a minimum of two to five years of related experience and/or training. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information and/or ideas. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires basic analytical and quantitative skills. Must have a solid grasp of the fundamental concepts of print and web publishing and graphic design principles. Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint and Word. Proficiency with HTML, CSS and Dreamweaver. Familiarity with MS Excel. Basic project management, editing and writing skills required. Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines.
