Graphic Designer

Aston Carter is seeking talented and experienced Graphic Designers!

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for branding and identity, print materials, and other marketing materials. The Graphic Designer will work closely with our marketing and branding teams to ensure that all designs meet our company's standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for logos, business cards, brochures, flyers, posters, magazines, books, websites, and other materials as needed

• Ensure that all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and communicate the desired message effectively

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met

• Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and marketers to develop innovative design solutions

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work focused on branding and identity, print design, and web design

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Light experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus
