    JOB SUMMARY:

    Responsible for translating concepts and ideas into visually stunning designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creators, to bring compelling visual solutions to life. Your creative and technical skills will be pivotal in shaping our brand's image and driving engagement. Performs all duties by the company's policies and procedures and all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations wherein the company operates.

    Responsibilities

    • Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for a wide range of digital and print assets, including websites, social media graphics, infographics, banners, brochures, and more.

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, target audience, and key messaging, ensuring design deliverables effectively communicate the desired message.

    • Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, implementing innovative ideas to enhance design quality and user experience.

    • Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines, ensuring all visual assets align with our brand's tone, style, and values.

    • Develop illustrations, icons, and other custom graphics that elevate the overall visual impact of our brand.

    • Optimize and have knowledge of designs for different platforms, considering factors like responsiveness, load time, and user interface/user experience (UI/UX) best practices.

    • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed, managing the production process and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets.

    • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all designs meet our standards and specifications.

    • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to meet project objectives.

    • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Manages processes within the team to ensure smooth work and project flow for marketing's needs.

    • Supports the VP, Creative Director on all assigned strategic branding, marketing and corporate communications initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Proven success in creating creative designs and campaigns.

    • Ability to provide creative and art direction when appropriate.

    • Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

    • Intermediate math skills; calculate common fractions and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio and percent, including the drafting and interpretation of bar graphs.

    • Effective organizational and time management skills.

    • Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

    • Outstanding attention to detail and excellent organization skills.

    • Ability to remain flexible and persevere while handling several projects with varying deadlines.

    • Ability to think independently, be resourceful, and create and develop ideas that lead to positive outcomes.

    • Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position including but not limited to the following: Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act), Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act), Fair Housing Act (FHA), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Information Program (CIP), Right to Financial Privacy Act (RFPA, state and federal) and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in graphic design.

    • 2+ years of experience working in a marketing team.

    • 2+yrs experience with Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.

    • 2+ yrs experience with Google Web Tools, including Analytics, Tag Manager, Webmaster Tools and Data Studio.

    • Experience in the Banking industry preferred.

    SALARY RANGE: $78,225.00 - $117,362.00 USD; Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
