  • Job Description

    The Marketing Analyst supports the development of category and proprietary brand innovation for retail, residential and catering channels as a key member of the Marketing Team. Responsibilities include implementation of program development and activation support for retail, residential dining, catering, convenience, and other services with a strong focus on developing and executing an end-to-end solution. This position will gather feedback pre- and post- program development from key internal stakeholders to ensure program success.

    Qualifications

    • Requires at least 1-3 years of experience in graphic design

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

    • Understanding of content creation and curation tactics in digital, photographic, and other mediums

    • Understanding of social media

    • Understanding of offset press printing and preparing files for print

    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time

    • Must be receptive to design feedback

    • Track record of working independently and as part of a team

    • Maintains effective relationships with other team members and promotes a collaborative work environment

    • Experience in like industry (hospitality, education, food service) a plus.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Utilize design skills to produce highly complex sales, operations, and marketing support materials

    • Graphic design work requires an advanced skill level to develop creative ideas and concepts for a variety of communication channels, including but not limited to flyers, posters, signage, point-of-sale materials, websites, social media, corporate communications, and presentations

    • Ensure Carolina Dining Services' identity and brand voice are high-quality with photographs, proper grammar, message consistency, and accurate content for all projects. Maintain quality throughout draft, editorial, and production phases.

    • The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software, and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines

    • Works independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team(s), meeting deadlines, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include simultaneous projects

    • This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.

    • Manage social media channels to represent our brand and maintain standards

    • Supports the development of Aramark category & brand strategies for retail, residential and catering channels translating insights to innovation

    • Supports the planning of an annual marketing plan with strategies and tactics to refine and enhance focus categories and proprietary brands to drive continuous improvement and innovation
