  • Job Description

    The Intern position is responsible for ensuring data integrity, best practices and ongoing compliance with internal and external information. Work situations vary and require development, analysis, and interpretation of data. This position will work closely with all functions of the account to strengthen data inputs and bring difficulty and discipline to the sales function in order to optimize company growth.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Social Media Content: Develop centralized video content to be utilized on TikTok and Instagram Reels. Organize campus video content to publish on YouTube.

    • Marketing Resources: Create and update marketing guides and resources for field marketing teams. Update internal website for easy access to tools and resources.

    • Special Projects: Support innovation and special programs related to meal plans, social and digital communication for Aramark's Higher Education Business.

    • Quality Assurance: Support email and data quality assurance and confirm variable campus data in databases. Review campus website to ensure content is optimized to drive engagement and meal plan sales.

    • Competitor Analysis: Collect and review meal plan prices and policy at peer accounts to add to pricing benchmark tool. Identify any higher education dining best practices.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence without formal authority, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations.

    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and effectively cope with change.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, problem solving and adjusting priorities to meet deadlines and requests.

    • Self-starter with the ability to proactively identify areas for exploration, identify opportunities, and articulate takeaways to broad set of constituents.

    • Seeks to leverage different working styles to accomplish the best possible business results; Actively seeks and considers diverse perspectives.

    • Cooperates as a team member and collaborates with others.

    • Focuses on creating the right solutions to address specific needs.

    Software Knowledge

    • Proficiency with PC software applications skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

    • Knowledge of Smartsheet, Sitecore, Emplifi, Canva, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.

    • Basic photo and video editing skills.

    • Knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
