    Position Overview

    The Integrated Marketing Intern position will play a vital role in the continued growth and success of Encore, working with the Marketing Team at the global headquarters in Schiller Park, IL is a paid opportunity. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing and will work collaboratively within the Marketing Teams functions: Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand and Communication. Temporary housing is not provided for this role.

    Key Job Responsibilities

    Strategy & Research

    · Success story screening and follow-up

    Content Strategy, Writing

    • Presentation development

    • Industry newsletter development

    • Success story development through conducting interviews, copywriting and asset creation

    • Sharing of assets for activation within the field and with global partners

    Digital Campaign Development

    • Develop content contact journeys

    • Develop infographics

    • Work with Digital Marketing, Brand/Communications, and Industry Relations teams as appropriate to activate campaigns

    Required Experience

    • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, or a related major

    • Demonstrates problem-solving skills in a customer-focused environment

    • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience

    • Working Adobe Creative Suite skills - specifically Photoshop and InDesign

    • Presentation Skills

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently
