In this role, you have the opportunity to
manage internal communications to ensure the smooth integration of the Capsule business and its employees into Philips. Central to this engagement is the development and execution of a communications plan to support legacy Capsule employees across the integration. The communications plan and supporting deliverables and events should account for building employee engagement; delivering practical news/information related to the integration; providing guidance to commercial teams; overseeing branding updates; and gradually folding legacy Capsule employees into Philips communications.
You are responsible for
Develop and manage communications infrastructure and tools (e.g., sites, accounts, distribution lists and channels) required to support integration
Actively engage in management and key work stream meetings, providing communication guidance and gathering integration news
Support key work stream leaders in their communication
Deliver regular integration news stories and newsletters to employees, to communicate changes to, e.g., organizational structure, policies/procedures, infrastructure, benefits and brand
Define, plan and execute cultural events and commercial team events/meetings
Guide commercial organizations on changes specific to their role, portfolio and processes
Manage content for Capsule All-Hands meetings, including relevant integration updates and Philips information/materials
Oversee digital and physical (e.g., signage) branding updates, as decisions are made
Elevate Capsule news stories to appropriate levels of the organization
Gradually transition legacy Capsule employees into Philips internal communications channels
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or English
5+ years' experience in internal communications
Proficiency in various media (video, web, digital, etc.); Adobe Suite and SharePoint proficiency preferred
Understanding of strategy, finance, general business, technical
Understanding of organizational design and change management
Ability to interact effectively among executives
Ability to communicate positively and diplomatically
Very strong writing/communication skills
Integration communications and event planning experience preferred
Familiarity/experience with Philips preferred
Ideally located in Philadelphia area, Malvern, PA
