    Facebook is seeking an Internal Community Relations Partner within our People organization. The ideal candidate will be a key member of our Internal Community Relations team and will support meaningful and respectful connections between our employees. This person will provide hands-on and strategic support to our employees through workplace communication and conflict issues to cultivate a respectful and inclusive culture. The ideal candidate will have stellar communications skills, experience managing projects, outstanding judgment and the ability to recognize and surface different types of risk. The ideal candidate will also have experience coaching, and bringing creative and effective ideas to a growing organization.

    Required Skills:

    1. Foster productive and inclusive connections within our internal Facebook Community with authenticity, empathy and transparency

    2. Respond to reported community concerns quickly, with empathy and consistency

    3. Educate and encourage productive employee discourse in the appropriate Workplace groups and forums

    4. Provide direction, guidance, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization

    5. Integrate and partner with HR, Legal, Employee Relations and Communications colleagues to coach and implement creative solutions to mitigate risk and escalations across different, states, countries, and regions

    6. Independently maintain data related to the Respectful Communication Policy to proactively assess, manage, and inform improvements to our internal processes

    7. Contributes to the Annual Respectful Communication Policy report

    8. Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR community

    Minimum Qualifications:

    1. 4+ years experience in an Employee Relations, HR, Communications, Community Management, or related roles/fields

    2. Experience developing and enforcing HR policies

    3. Demonstrated solid judgment and experience assessing personnel and communications risk

    4. Communication and critical thinking skills

    5. Demonstrated empathy and experience driving inclusion work

    6. Project management and change management experience

    7. Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. BA/BS degree preferred

    2. Knowledge in project planning methodologies

    3. Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale

    4. Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
